1. ELIGIBILITY:
   
   Search is open to professional male radio broadcasters with regularly scheduled show/air time ("Broadcaster").
   
   Selected participants must be available to appear on LIVE in New York between Monday, January 24th, 2011 and Friday, January 28th, 2011. Choice of exact date for selectee's appearance is at LIVE's sole discretion. If selectee is unable to appear on a designated date, selectee may be disqualified.
   
   
2. TO BE CONSIDERED FOR PARTICIPATION:
   
   Nominee must be nominated by a home listener ("nominator"). Nominator must provide the name of the nominated Broadcaster, the call letters, city and state of the station where the nominee works. If possible, a web address or link to picture, biography and a video or audio clip of the nominee should be included.

   Or you can submit nominations on-line by logging on to our Web site at: www.liveregisandkelly.com. There you will find instructions on the appropriate file formats and sizes for electronic submissions. You will be asked to provide a link to the radio station's webpage providing a picture and biography of the nominee and a video or audio clip of the nominee or nominator may upload a current recording of the nominee.
   
   If audio or video recording is not available, show will attempt to find such a recording of the nominee or may contact the nominee for such a recording.
   
   "LIVE" can provide no technical support and accepts no responsibility for insuring the receipt of your nomination. If you experience any difficulties trying to submit your materials via our website, we recommend you send your nomination via U.S. mail to us at the above address.
   
   All submissions (whether mailed or submitted electronically) must be received in our office by 12 pm ET on Fri., December 10th, 2010 to be eligible. Submissions will not be acknowledged or returned. All nominator entry information becomes the property of "LIVE" and may be used without compensation in any manner, and, in any media, worldwide in perpetuity, for programming, publicity, promotional and/or other purposes, to the extent permitted by law.
   
   At LIVE's sole option, certain nominees may not be asked to appear on LIVE. Choice of dates for any appearance is at "LIVE's" sole discretion. As to any nominees who may be asked to appear on the program, "LIVE" will cover the cost of their round-trip transportation to our show taping and accommodations, if necessary. However, "LIVE" reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to determine the details and/or necessity of such compensated travel arrangements.
   
   
3. SELECTION:
   
   Potential semi-finalists may be asked to submit a video "audition tape" with interview questions provided by "LIVE" that will be up to 3 minutes. All video "audition tape" submission videos must be received by 12pm ET on December 17th, 2010. They may also be asked to create & provide a :30 "pitch" video explaining why they'd be a good guest co-host with a brief example of their on-air work. All "pitch" submission videos must be received by 12pm ET on January 4th, 2011. Any requested "audition tape" or "pitch" video may be featured on air and/or on-line; use of either or both will be at the sole discretion of LIVE and may be edited or otherwise modified at LIVE's sole discretion.
   
   Selection of potential semi-finalists is at the sole editorial discretion of the Show. Comments and/or any other available method to indicate favor or popularity among nominees may or may not impact the Show's decision to select and/or nominees' ability and/or willingness to participate if selected.
   
   10 nominees could be chosen from among all nominations received and may be announced on-air on or about Monday, January 10, 2011. Viewers would be given the opportunity to vote on-line for 5 nominees who would co-host with Kelly Ripa.
   
   LIVE's staff may conduct telephone interviews with nominees who may potentially be considered for participation in the viewer vote portion. Submissions which might be featured would be selected by representatives of the Show staff. All decisions of the Show staff are final.
   
   Any nominee selected to participate as a co-host must supply proof of identity, sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Indemnification, complete a W-9 form, and provide their social security/tax identification number, within the time period specified by the Show. Failure to timely comply with any requirement of these terms and conditions would result in the submission being deemed ineligible for consideration and any further opportunity to participate in this search.
   
   
4. RELEASES AND MISCELLANEOUS TERMS:
   
   Nominees agree to release, discharge and hold harmless LIVE with Regis and Kelly, American Broadcasting Companies, Inc., Buena Vista Television, their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotional companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives ("Released Parties") from and against any liability, damage or expense arising from or relating to participation in this search.
   
   Submitting materials by nominee for possible use constitutes permission to use their name, likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information and any materials submitted as part of this search for programming, publicity, promotional and/or other purposes in any manner, and in any media, without compensation, worldwide in perpetuity to the extent permitted by law. By submitting materials, Submitor certifies that such materials are original and created by Submitor, that Submitor has the necessary rights, permission and authority to submit such materials, and, if applicable, that Submitor maintains a valid copyright in the materials. Submitors acknowledge that the materials they submit may be included and/or discussed in a broadcast, that such discussion may include statements or opinions by the broadcast talent or others about the entrants, the entrants' appearances and/or the materials, and that those statements and opinions may be considered surprising, embarrassing, defamatory or otherwise offensive or injurious to them. Submitors release the Released Parties from any actions, claims, injury, loss or damage allegedly caused, directly or indirectly, by any such statements or opinions made during a broadcast.
   
   Submitor agrees to execute any and all releases requested by LIVE, their agents and/or assigns.
   
   "LIVE" is not responsible for late, lost, illegible, postage due, mutilated, incomplete, delayed or misdirected mail; for theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of submitted materials; for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software delays, interruptions or malfunctions of any kind, inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive submitted information by "LIVE", or human error; for any injury or damage to submitor's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from entering or downloading any materials in connection with the search.
   
   CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage any Web site or undermine the legitimate operations of this search may be a violation of the criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, "LIVE," or its designated representative, reserves the right to seek damages from any person associated with such actions to the fullest extent permitted by law. "LIVE," or its designated representative, reserves the right to cancel or modify the search if it should become compromised in any way or if it becomes technically corrupted.
   
   
5. TAXES:
   
   Selected Nominees will be solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local income and other taxes that may be due and will receive an IRS Form 1099.
