Toshiba Excite Tablet


The world's thinnest and lightest 10.1-inch tablet features a Texas Instruments 1.2-GHz OMAP 4430 multicore processor, 1GB of memory, and a 1280-by-800 resolution IPS Gorilla Glass display. It will be upgradable to Android 4.0, Ice Cream Sandwich and will be available in the middle of the first quarter. The device has Wi-Fi, GPS, and Bluetooth connectivity.

A 16-gigabyte version will sell for $529 and a 32-gigabyte version for $599.

Sony Tablet P


The Tablet P is a clam-shell device which is only a little larger than the 3DS when closed. Opening it up reveals two 5.5-inch, 1024x480 resolution screens, both of which use the same 'TruBlack' tech seen in the Tablet S. The dual screens allow for different functions simultaneously or combine to form one single large screen.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7


The world's thinnest 4G LTE tablet and first tablet in the U.S. to feature a Samsung's Super AMOLED® Plus Display. The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 weighs roughly 12 ounces. It's super thin and has a super processor. It runs on Android 3.2 Honeycomb, has a 720p (1280x800) resolution touchscreen, 1.4GHz dual-core processor, 3MP camera, Smart Remote application to control your home entertainment system with the tap of a finger, Wi-Fi Direct, 2 MP front-facing camera, AllShare capabilities, Wi-fi connectivity and 16GB storage onboard, and expandable microSD slot.

Playstation Vita


The next generation PlayStation Portable. The PS Vita has a 5-inch OLED touchscreen, a trackpad on the back, two analog joysticks, front and rear cameras, a six axis motion sensor, and more.

$249 for WiFi version. $299 for 3G version with contract.

Samsung Dual View DV300F Wi-Fi Camera


Samsung is extending its "highly popular" DualView point-and-shoot line with a WiFi cam, launching the DV300F today. Consistent with previous models, this latest 16 megapixel snapper includes a 3-inch 460k-dot LCD on the rear, along with a 1.5-inch 61k-dot screen up front. Naturally, a front-facing screen makes self-portraits a snap, while also serving to entertain toddlers with things like an animated clown loop. As for that WiFi connectivity, the DV300F can upload pics directly to sharing sites like Facebook and Picasa, videos to YouTube or the full contents of your card to a PC using the Auto PC Backup function -- there's also a microSD slot for local storage. The DV300F is expected to ship in March for $199, and full details are awaiting you just past the break.

It's the same place where Fitbit Ultra owners go to see how many steps they've taken and calories they've burned. [to me this next sentence is the same as the first so I don't think we need it: The Fitbit Aria is a body composition scale, so it can measure your weight, body fat %, and body mass index (BMI). Maybe instead say: Online, you can also connect with friends and earn badges for extra motivation

Nokia Lumia 900 smartphone


The Nokia Lumia 900 is the first Windows smartphone from Nokia that takes advantage of AT&T's 4G LTE network. It has a large, 4.3 inch AMOLED ClearBlack Display for rich, bright images both indoors and out, features a long-lasting battery so people can do more without worrying about recharging, and comes in two colors - cyan and matte black. The Lumia 900 boasts an eight-megapixel camera on the back for vibrant photos, as well as a front-facing camera for high-quality video chat. It is easy to use with many built in apps and tools such as a redesigned ESPN sports hub, which is exclusive to Nokia Lumia smartphones. Look for the Lumia 900 coming soon to AT&T.

Samsung Galaxy Note


The Samsung Galaxy Note blurs the line between phone and tablet - it has a 5.3-inch display, with the capabilities of a smartphone and tablet. It even comes with a highly advanced device for input - the S Pen. The U.S. version will be available with AT&T 4G LTE, a fast dual-core 1.5GHz processor, and will be available in carbon blue and white. It also has a 8-megapixel rear camera, along with a 2-megapixel front camera.

Pricing and availability have not been announced, but it will be available through AT&T with 4G LTE.
